Small Eddy Current Testing Device "STATOGRAPH CM+/CM"

With the use of application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it is now possible to inspect final processed shape parts that were previously abandoned for flaw detection!

The STATOGRAPH CM+/CM is a higher model than the STATOGRAPH ECM, with the CM+ being an integrated monitor type. It allows inspections to be conducted by selecting arbitrary frequencies from multiple testing frequencies, and in addition to conventional functions such as clearance correction, it comes standard with an analog filter and a switchable, steeper digital filter. By adding application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it has become possible to inspect final processed shape parts that were previously abandoned for testing. Furthermore, not only can it perform simple flaw detection, but it can also display the obtained flaw signals in a two-dimensional mapping format, allowing quality managers and operators to understand the surface condition of materials as visual information. This enables them to identify defects that are difficult to distinguish and conduct studies such as adjusting and examining parameters for different types and materials. Additionally, by connecting to a Wi-Fi router, it is now possible to operate parameters and monitor signals from web browsers on tablets and smartphones.
